Still a 5!!! When I tell you this place doesn't miss! They have remained consistent years later! This is our go to for take out. Had friends in from out of town and they raved how good it was Love the staff!! The ladies there are always so sweet. Like 2 years of sweet no change!! That's hard to find! Keep up the great food and service.

we've gone to many vietnam restaurants and after our favorite one closed down we were in the search for another restaurant. We stumbled on this one and wow. This is our first time here and we're so blown away over how great the food, and how nice the staff are. The inside is really neat too i love being able to see into the kitchen it's really cool. it's very home-y feeling it's a bit warm which in my opinion is great i hate being cold while dinning. We got the thin slice steak pho and added fried tofu. The tofu was really great it was super crispy still even in the broth and they were a great size. I got a regular size which was Pretty big and my fiancée got the Large which he said was perfect for him. We really will come back we live around 2 hours away and it's really worth the drive to us.

Delicious food! The flavored teas are so good, the service is amazing and the ambiance of the restaurant feels very warm and inviting. My go to order is either spring rolls or the Vietnamese eggrolls, beef pho with the shaved beef and a passion fruit tea. I drive 45 minutes there AND back from plant city to eat here! Couldn't recommend enough!

Shrimp roll tasted amazing but I hate when I can see the line in the shrimp (personal preference) so I couldn't enjoy it like I really wanted to. I ordered the chicken pho. Once again the flavors were really good. I think the chicken was really soft and tasty, but I think next time I'd try the vegan pho. Overall everything tasted good & the food came out quick. I love how you can see the food getting prepped in the back. The place is clean and decorated well, I'll definitely be back to try a few other things.

Once you step foot in Pho Loc Tho. You will not be disappointed. It is a small, but clean spot to sit and eat. Regardless, if you are going by yourself, with a date, or with family. Pho Loc Tho provides a relaxed environment to enjoy a pleasant meal. My waitress was helpful, attentive and well mannered. I appreciated the great service. The Chicken Pho wasn't a disappointment. Typically, I love a different flavored broth. Overall, good experience. I recommend to my Vietnamese & Pho Lovers!

I am a huge Pho lover, when my preferred place is closed I come here. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. The Ambiance is quiet but the bathrooms are clean which is huge for me. Would recommend.

They are actually Phở Lộc Thọ when you include all the diacritic marks but even if you don't, this is some darned good food. I met my friends here for dinner and it was fantastic! We started with the spring rolls which translates to "salad rolls" and are paper rolls wrapping pork and shrimp and noodles and lettuce and came with the fabulous hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Decently sized, one of these is a good appetizer and two of them are a lot. Try them! For main, I got the pho with sliced beef. I had gotten the "regular" size and even this is a lot of food. Apparently if you get a "large," your waiter has to stand around like a lifeguard as there's enough room to swim in that bowl. But the regular is plenty of food. Beef, noodles, broth, and then we added from the big bowl of condiments - basil, bean sprouts, peppers, fresh limes - and added hoisin, sriracha and maybe even some fish sauce. I got some pho on a whim, because I didn't feel like cooking and wanted something light, simple and clean tasting. I decided to get a regular beef pho with tripe and tendon, and I am so thrilled I did. Ordering over the phone was easy and my to-go order was ready in 10 minutes. I was thrilled with the outcome of this dish. The broth was in a separate container from the meat, veggies and noodles. I assembled and heated everything up at home, which is extremely easy to do. This was probably some of the best broth I have ever eaten in my life. It was rich & flavorful and had much more depth to it than regular broth. You can tell was made over several hours. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty and everything was perfectly seasoned. I was blown away by this meal. Next time I'm definitely ordering a large portion.
